Want to just chat? Sure we do that.
But, we do more. A lot more.
Want to talk?
Don’t know who is available?
Send a MayDay.
Have a question?
Not sure who has the answer?
Send a MayDay.
Need some help?
Don’t know who can help you?
Send a MayDay.
Got something to give?
Don’t know who wants it?
Send a MayDay.
When you send a MayDay, set a quota of Accepts. Your friends can either Accept or Reject your message. Or they can just chat.
When your Accept quota is filled, the message disappears from the message queues of everyone who didn’t Accept quickly enough.
When you End a message, the message disappears from everyone’s message queue – it doesn’t matter if they have Accepted, Rejected or are just chatting.
Get a Mayday? You have three choices. Accept, Reject, or just start talking.
Accept a message?
Great. You have committed to the sender that you will partially fill their quota. Accept quickly, because you could lose the opportunity to someone else!
Reject a message?
Its removed from your list. Forever.
In a message that doesn’t interest you?
Leave the conversation. It disappears from your queue and everyone will know you have left.
